I struggled for years thinking I was training correctly and eating healthy, yet I never got the results I desired. This left me powerless, frustrated and unhappy. I would end up binge eating or just plain depressed. Now I have the formula and I want to share it with you. I am a former Miss Australia Figure Champion and through my journey I’m now committed to empowering others and helping them achieve the healthy version of themselves.
